Formed in 1984, the Executive's Association of Kern County, is a network of business professionals and leaders who all want to grow their businesses. EAKC was a founding member of the international Executives' Association whose beginnings date back to 1906 when the first Executives' Association was formed in San Francisco, California.

Member firms represent an exclusive classification, based on their main products or services, with which no other member can compete. Each member firm is represented by its owner, CEO, key manager or decision maker.

In 2019 the Executives' Association of Kern County exchanged 10,000,000 of revenue between members' businesses.
