The Kern County Executives' Association founded in 1984, is a prestigious network of the area's top business leaders. EAKC is a member of a world-wide network of similiar associations whose beginnings date back to 1916 when the first Executives' Association was formed in San Francisco.

The Executives' Association is an organization of business owners and executives in Kern County whose sole interest is to increase the sales of goods and services of its members through the exchange of business information, networking and leads.

The main purpose of the organization is to exchange business leads. The members share a common objective of improving sales, enhancing quality of service and maintaining a market presence in the community. This is accomplished by the members practicing high business standards and ethics.
